How can I become a better piano player?
I’ve been taking piano for 2 years (a little more) and my piano teacher(s) says that I’m pretty good, but I feel like I can do better. Does anyone have any ideas about what I could do to make piano playing easier?
DOn’t know about easier, but to get better, just keep practicing, and the more you practice, the easier it should become for you. GL

it depends… if u r learning from a book, then u should try going to the hard stuff and try to play it just rite and suprise ur teacher. that’s what i used to do when i took piano lessons.

I always struggled with the playing and did well with the techniques until I met a new teacher in college. She told me things I never considered before which completely lifted a couple of road blocks for me. So, if you know of other people that play, chat with them and they might help you get a new perspective which may clear some of your roadblocks. Good Luck!

Maybe instead of practicing an hour make it an hour and a half (or whatever you practice). Focus more on the little details of your music such as dynamics and note counts. You just have to make sure you put all you have into it if you really want to.

Well, Main thing is :
Practice Scales and Arpeggios on Triads a lot, it helps you very much and your speed increases better than you even Think …
Second :
If you are easier to memorize what you want to play , practice reading (first without Playing , then try and play it in the same time) your Etudes when you have free time …
and Third :
Never play anything that you dont like ‘Couse it wont help you.
These are Main Things , always have them in mind and your skills will increase much faster.
