Can I Teach piano?
i would like to start teaching piano maybe, but i have no clue were to start. I currently am level 4 on the alfred’s basics course(but can play at an intermediate to low advanced level) and i don’t know if thats far enough. Also are there any tips (maybe websites) that could teach me how to teach/teach better. P.S. im14 and in 9th grade
you can alwyas teach when there is someone that knows less than u. I do it for guitar, and it helps b/c its an incentive to learn and practice more for my own sake. I suggest you begin with smaller children, as i’m sure exercises for them abound online.

A good way to start would be to put some fliers out saying what level you are on, how much you would be willing to work, etc. If you believe you are at least somewhat good, you can start anywhere. Maybe asking someone who does this for a living can also help.
