Does the public library have any self teach piano books?

By Sheryl ·

Hi. I am a novice to the piano. I would like to learn to play but I can not afford the books must less a teacher. Does the public library have any self teach books. Thanks everyone I appreciate it.

Well.. that’s what librarians are for. They’re not paid to dawdle around.. they’re paid to help people like you find what they’re looking for.. so ask a librarian! :) They don’t bite. The best free resource you can ask for in a library.

That depends on your library. Different libraries in different places have different books… your public library is probably going to have an online catalogue that I suggest you search (you can usually search by subject) because nobody here is going to be able to tell you this without knowing where you live!

Some libraries do, some don’t.

Either go there and ask, or if they have a website, go to the site and type "teach yourself piano" in the search bar.
