How to give good piano lessons..?

I will be giving free piano lessons to two third graders (for my senior project). I ‘m going to teach the students seperately for half an hour every week for 6 weeks.
I’m getting help from my piano instructor, but I want to get some inside tips form other high school students that have taught kids how to play the piano.
Any advice or comments would rellay be appreciated!

Try to make it interesting. Try to make it very practical, instead of talking about the theory all the time.
Try some humor too. =)
